Solta was founded over 10 years ago on the insight that emerging technology could rapidly transform many sectors through fresh thinking and superior user experiences.
Today, our business is split between New Zealand, Australia & Fiji, with clients all through the pacific region.
R&D and innovation remains a key of what we do today making us a strategic technology partner for tomorrow’s leaders in the fintech, mobility and construction sectors.

Solta is driven by working with smart young people and coaching them become great people!
We do this through our intern and graduate programs, where we run several intakes per year of students both interns and grads, and develop a learning program and coach them into becoming great people in their chosen field, from UX/UI design, to software engineering and product management, innovation and commercialisation.
